Dr Joachim Graef

Dr. Joachim Graef studied in Tübingen, has been a lawyer since 1998, and is a specialist in commercial and corporate law as well as a specialist in labor law. He joined SLP in 2015 and previously worked in the legal department of a renowned multidisciplinary firm of accountants, tax advisors and lawyers.

Dr. Graef advises companies, board members, managing directors, and executives in all matters relating to labor law and service contracts, separation processes, and liability matters. In addition, he assists companies and their governing bodies in matters of corporate and transformation law. He has published various articles in professional literature, in particular on the law concerning managing directors and board members.
